How do I send my journals?
After you place an order, we’ll email you instructions on how to ship them to us.
You pack up your journals in any box you have and ship them to us.
We'll scan a couple pages and send you a sample so you can see if you're happy with the output.
If so, we'll scan all your journals and send you your final beautiful summary.
If not, we'll ship your journals back to you and refund your money, no questions asked!
Do you return my original journals?
It's up to you!
We're happy to send your journals back to you if you like, or dispose of them securely if you'd prefer to keep your extra space.
You can choose the option you prefer in our checkout.
Does anyone read my journals?
No.
Our scanning team prioritizes scanning your journals as quickly as possible and will not read your journals.
Your summary is processed automatically using AI.
We do not read or review the contents.
What exactly do I receive?
You’ll receive:
- A "Highlights" page of what's included in your journals including page numbers, so you know where to go to re-read your favorite memories
- A document with every word you wrote in your journals in text you can read easily
- JPG images of each scanned page of your journal in case you want to see your original handwriting

How long does it take?
Turnaround time depends on the number of journals, but most orders are completed within two weeks.
